Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? TCI is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our equipment leasing, rental, and maintenance services.
Develop and grow a network of clients, uncovering new business opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Lead the sales cycle from discovery to onboarding, ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.
Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that align with both customer goals and TCI’s standards.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and inspection-ready documentation.
Represent TCI at client meetings, sales calls, and promotional events.
Proven success in business development or sales (5+ years preferred).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings and presentations.
