Overall Expectations or Position Purpose:
The Driver Manager is responsible for communicating all pertinent freight information to drivers in a region of assigned responsibility. Supervise and maintain equipment providing load capacity. Work directly with internal employees and manage expectations against operational capabilities. Employ a strategic approach by problem solving and develop corrective actions to enhance operational performance.

Operational Skills: This position requires an individual experienced in the movement of freight and driver relations. We are looking for a fundamentally solid performer who is consistently able to facilitate multiple projects and remain productive under pressure.
Management: This position requires experience in managing and coaching others. Troubleshooting any issues with a driver pick up or delivery to ensure proper freight delivery.
Analysis: Coordinating with operational staff in order to receive maximum productivity from drivers while operating within DOT, OSHA and other company safety departments.
Communication: This position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers; and the ability to confront and resolve performance or service issues with drivers and customers effectively.
Schedule: This position is subject to calls after hours in order to respond to needs. This position also requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Overview
The Brokerage Administrator will be responsible for assigned Brokerage day-to-day functions in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for the customer billing, carrier invoice processing, payment processing, cash receipts posting and collections of customer accounts receivable. The Brokerage Administrator will ensure that all carrier invoices, vendor bills and cash payments are booked and allocated correctly with sufficient evidence in compliance with our internal controls.
