Driver Referral Programs
The demand for additional drivers in the industry is overwhelming, and we’re entrusting our existing drivers to help us recruit! We know there’s no better way for potential new hires to learn about driving with TCI than to talk one-on-one with you. TCI’s Driver Referral Program can help you earn extra cash during the process.
Gerry Flynn Scholarship
We value education and strongly encourage employees and family members to earn a college degree, which is why we offer our annual Gerry Flynn Scholarship Program. As a member of the TCI family, if you or any of your children are currently enrolled in a school you’ll be eligible to apply. The program has no age limit and eligible veterans are also encouraged to apply.
Frontline to Freeway Program
Our 4K Frontline to Freeway Veteran scholarship is open to all veterans currently serving active or reserve/guard, the veteran’s children, and spouses within the company. We work with Veterans on a one-on-one basis to ensure the transition from the service to the highway is a smooth one. With TCI you’re not a number, you’re a name. And you become a part of a large family that supports you, your service, and recognizes that we are all different – accepting you for who you are. We also support your family as they have served right along with you during deployments and TDY.
Legacy Award
TCI is excited to announce our new recognition program. This program will highlight and award our Legacy employees for their dedication to TCI and hard work. It recognizes those who have hit major milestones with TCI throughout their tenure. We are looking to recognize those employees whose tenure has reached 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc. Every milestone will be awarded in 5-year increments. Each month we will be awarding employees who have reached a milestone in that month. You will see updates and posts on our social media pages, ADP, and we will also send out emails to spotlight these employees. Join us each month in recognizing and congratulating the recipients of the TCI Legacy Award Program!
