Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic- Level 3 or 4

TCI LEASING AND RENTAL – we are hiring an experienced Mobile Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel equipment at customer locations. This role is fully field-based, allowing technicians to work independently while providing high-quality service.

Experience Needed: 4 to 6+ years’ – $28.52 to $38.00 an hour depending on skills and experience

Shift – Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines and equipment

  • Respond to service calls and perform repairs at customer locations

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

  • Complete service documentation and communicate repair updates

  • Maintain tools, service vehicle, and a safe work environment

Qualifications

  • 4 to 6+ years Experience working with diesel engines and heavy equipment

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work independently in a mobile/field environment

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)

  • Must meet insurability requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated & Leadership skills
