Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships by ensuring timely collections, accurate payment application, and resolution of account discrepancies.

Compensation:
$23/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Proactively manage aging reports and prioritize collection efforts
Contact customers to collect outstanding balances in a timely and professional manner
Post and apply payments accurately, including ACH, check, and credit card transactions
Process credit card payments and handle refund requests
Customer Account Management
Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and account discrepancies
Manage and resolve customer disputes efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, billing, and sales teams to resolve account issues
Communicate account status, risks, and payment activity to internal stakeholders
Administrative & Process Support
Maintain organized AR documentation and reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable or collections experience
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Preferred: McLeod)
Strong understanding of collections processes, aging reports, and cash application
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
