Are you a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our accounting department and ensure smooth administrative operations at our Commerce location.
As an integral part of our Finance/Accounting team, you will:

Sort, organize, and distribute daily incoming mail from all sites to the right departments.

Contact partner companies to resolve mail-related discrepancies and request corrections.
β
Scan invoices and statements, supporting our Accounts Payable process.
β
Schedule pickups for outgoing mail and arrange deliveries to keep operations flowing.
β
Maintain and update detailed logs of received mail and records.
β
Greet visitors, answer the door, and provide top-notch assistance when needed.
β
Identify and suggest ways to improve mail workflows and reduce volume over time.
β
Offer flexible support on additional projects as needed β no two days are the same!
π Strong customer service skills paired with a professional and positive attitude.
π The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
π Proficient typing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
π Excellent command of the English language β reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
