Are you a proactive and detail-driven IT professional ready to take ownership of critical systems in a fast-moving industry? TCI, a leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to maintain and evolve our infrastructure across multiple operational sites.

As our IT Systems Administrator, you’ll:
Administer and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, and secure VPN connections.
Maintain cloud and hybrid systems using Azure AD and Microsoft cloud technologies.
Oversee backup and disaster recovery systems, ensuring data protection and business continuity.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, apply patches, and help enforce IT security policies.
Support end-users and field teams, providing Tier 2/3 technical support for a variety of hardware, software, and transportation tech.
Document systems, support procedures, and assist with audits and compliance.
We’re looking for someone who brings both deep technical expertise and problem-solving agility. Key qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in systems/network administration.
Hands-on skills in:
Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy
Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
Network troubleshooting and VPN
Firewall and endpoint security
Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
Scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Certifications like CompTIA Server+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or field support environments.
Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
Based in Commerce, CA with on-site and remote support responsibilities.
Occasional travel to support remote branches and terminals.
On-call availability for mission-critical support (rotating).
