Base Salary $70K + Incentives | Weekly Pay

Your Mission:

Manage and support a dedicated fleet of drivers

Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and safety (DOT, OSHA)

Deliver top-tier service to customers and drivers alike

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and strategically

Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in logistics/driver management

Fleet and operations experience

Strong communicator & quick decision-maker

Calm under pressure, driven to improve

Solid knowledge of DOT/OSHA
