Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence in transportation? TCI is looking for an experienced Driver Manager to join our dynamic logistics team and take charge of managing high-volume accounts, ensuring driver success, and driving customer satisfaction.
As a Driver Manager at TCI, you’ll be the key liaison between our drivers, customers, and internal teams. You’ll oversee your assigned account(s), combining strategic thinking with tactical execution to ensure profitability, safety, and operational performance.
Own Operational Performance
Lead daily operations, set goals, and drive results using KPIs and performance metrics.
Build & Lead Driver Teams
Recruit, onboard, and coach drivers aligned with TCI’s core values.
Be a Trusted Client Partner
Foster strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence across your account.
Champion Safety & Compliance
Ensure all DOT/FMCSA/local regulations are followed, aiming for top scores on quarterly audits.
Drive Financial Outcomes
Manage P&L responsibilities, control costs, and support accurate billing through TCI systems.
Utilize Technology to Win
Leverage industry-leading tools like Samsara, Tenstreet, and McLeod for ELDs, driver tracking, and logistics management.
Be Available When It Counts
Be ready to respond to urgent issues via call, text, or email — even on nights or weekends when needed.
Proven experience in driver or fleet management
Knowledge of transportation operations, compliance, and safety standards
Strong communication and leadership skills
Data-driven mindset and ability to manage KPIs
Comfortable using logistics tech (ELDs, telematics, dispatch systems)
Flexibility to work on-site and remotely depending on operational needs
