We’re looking for a Marketing & Recruiting Administrative Assistant who’s ready to jump in and make an impact from day one. This unique dual role is perfect for a multitasker who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
✨ Marketing Magic:
Own our inbound leads—track, qualify, and route them through Salesforce CRM
Nurture leads from marketing campaigns and keep the conversations going
Keep our marketing materials fresh and updated (bonus points if you know Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud!)
Help coordinate trade shows, job fairs, and TCI company events
Report on campaign effectiveness
Answer incoming recruiting calls and provide top-notch info
Help recruiters with scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking
Get trained on Verifications of Employment and jump in as needed
Keep candidate data organized and up-to-date
1+ years in marketing support, recruiting, or administrative roles
Professional communication skills—written, spoken, and over the phone
Experience with event coordination (logistics, booking, travel)
Strong Microsoft Office skills + some familiarity with Canva or Adobe
Self-starter who thrives on teamwork and effectively manages time to meet goals
Experience in both marketing and recruiting environments
Worked in a sales-driven org? You’ll feel right at home
CRM/ATS knowledge? Even better (Salesforce, Workday, etc.)
