Are you an Payroll or payroll professional with a passion for precision, compliance, and process improvement? We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact in Payroll operations.
As a key member of the Payroll team, you will ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, serving as a trusted liaison between employees, managers, and our internal Payroll systems. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Acting as the first line of support for payroll-related questions from employees and managers.
Performing end-to-end weekly payroll processing, including auditing and troubleshooting.
Resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate post-payroll adjustments.
Managing payroll reports and analytics to support Payroll and finance initiatives.
Handling state tax filings, garnishment orders, and benefit deductions.
Preparing final checks and processing changes in employment status.
Collaborating with Payroll to support broader workforce operations and compliance efforts.
